Meet Our Team

Elyssa Diamond, LICSW

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I’ve spent more than 13 years working with adults in a variety of healthcare settings, and throughout that time, I’ve learned that there is no one size fits all approach to life or to therapy.

I have a particular interest in working with parents who may feel like they’re constantly juggling everyone else’s needs while trying to keep everything together. Parenting challenges, relationship or marital struggles, feeling overwhelmed, or simply losing sight of yourself along the way can be a lot to carry. I also especially enjoy working with young adults who are figuring out who they are and where they’re headed, whether that means navigating college, careers, relationships, or other major life transitions.

Outside of my work, I’m a wife and mom of two, so I know firsthand that life can be busy and sometimes feel like a never ending balancing act. I believe those real life experiences help me bring authenticity and empathy to the work I do with my clients.

I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to have it all together. You can show up exactly as you are, talk honestly about what’s going on, and know that you’ll be met with understanding rather than judgment.

Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes just plain hard. My goal is to create a space where we can work through those challenges together, find what works for you, and help you feel more like yourself again.

Tom Diamond, LSMHC

Sometimes finding your true path means coming full circle. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology before spending over a decade working in the tech industry. Driven by my lifelong passion for understanding and supporting people, I made the intentional choice to return to my roots, ultimately earning my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This personal journey gives me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges, uncertainty, and breakthroughs that happen when you decide to rewrite your life’s chapters.

I am passionate about working with adults navigating major life transitions, whether that means changing careers, experiencing relationship shifts, or navigating the intense balancing act of parenthood. I also have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent adults, helping individuals navigate ADHD, executive functioning issues, and the chronic overwhelm that can come with everyday life.

As a husband and parent, I am deeply familiar with the rewards and challenges of family life. My goal is to create an authentic, collaborative space where we drop the shame and focus on practical, real world change. You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out, sometimes you just need a safe place to begin.
