Do you accept insurance?
How much will I owe for therapy sessions?
The amount you may pay for therapy depends on many factors including your deductible, co-pay or coinsurance amount. It is the clients responsibility to verify their coverage with their insurance carrier. Clients are required to keep a credit card on file in the event of copays, coinsurance or missed/late cancellation appointments.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to begin exploring what has brought you to therapy. Your therapist will ask questions about what you’ve been experiencing, relevant personal history, and what you hope to change or better understand. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start.
Together, you’ll begin identifying goals for therapy and exploring approaches that may best support your needs. The process moves at your pace, with time to ask questions, share concerns, and begin building a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable and understood.
Yes, we offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if we may be the right fit for you and to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process before getting started.
Do you offer a free consultation?
